Another pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel rally organized by the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) took place at Centennial Park in downtown Nashville on Saturday.
The rally marked the fourth straight weekend of pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel demonstrations in Nashville amid the terrorist group Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel that left over 1,400 Israelis and 32 Americans dead. Middle Tennessee DSA has organized each rally.
Video posted on social media from the rally shows the protesters lining the streets of Nashville and chanting slogans, including:
- “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free;”
- “Not another nickel, not another dime; no more money for Israel’s crimes;”
- “Hey, hey; ho, ho; this occupation’s got to go;”
- “Free, free Palestine;”
- “Ceasefire now;” and
- “Joe Biden you will see – Palestine will be free; Netanyahu you will see – Palestine will be free.”
The crowd size at Saturday’s rally was estimated to be approximately 1,000.
Nashville was one of many cities that saw pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel rallies over the weekend. In Washington, D.C., tens of thousands of protesters marched in support of Palestine and a ceasefire between Israeli forces and Hamas terrorists on Saturday.
Pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel rallies also took place in U.S. cities, including Seattle and New York City, as well as in other nations, including the United Kingdom.
On its website, the national DSA chapter explains its pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel messaging is focused on the following demands: “calling for de-escalation, stopping additional US military aid to Israel, and the protection of millions of civilians.”
“Furthermore, we are demanding an end to the occupation and apartheid,” the group adds. “At this moment, unity in our organization is important. The best tool we have to fight the empire is a mass, resilient socialist organization.”
On October 7, the day Hamas launched its attack on Israel, the national DSA chapter justified the terrorist attack as “a direct result of Israel’s apartheid regime—a regime that receives billions in funding from the United States.”

I agree there should be a “cease-fire”, however it should not happen until every single member of Hamas has been hunted down and eliminated!
These people are calling for an “end to the occupation”. No Jews live in Gaza so they must be talking about Israel. I suspect many of them (especially the local, American, supporters) do not understand what they are saying in this call for genocide. Those who do understand the call for genocide of the Jews should be arrested for Hate crimes.
All 40 of them…
How about a “cease putting babies in an oven” now rally?
sad for Nashville, people supporting terrorist. Where was Freddie?
As these protests and demonstrations take place here and elsewhere, it appears this coalition has coalesced. Both have a history of mass murder against any opposition when they have government power:
Ilich Ramirez Sanchez — aka Carlos the Jackal — communist convert to Islam, in his 2003 book, “Revolutionary Islam” called on “all revolutionaries, including those of the left, even atheists,” to accept the leadership of Islamists:
“Only a coalition of Marxists and Islamists can destroy the United States,”
Note the many children. Nothing like brainwashing the young. These agitators/ignorant bums sure do not represent American values. Who are they? How did they get here? What do they do for living?
If you recognize any of those protesters, you should avoid them and do no business with them. Keep your family members away from them as well. They openly support true terrorists and the actions they undertook on Oct 7th in Israel. It’s not complicated. These people are evil.
